We can provide experienced on-site coordinators to make sure everything proceeds smoothly on the day of your event. After greeting suppliers and hired personnel, our specialists will coordinate the entertainment, the catering, photographers, videographers, and the positioning of décor, equipment and materials.

Our gracious and dedicated professionals will stay until your last guest has left and will even supervise the departure of suppliers and the reloading of materials. Musicians and orchestras

Disc Jockeys

Our tuxedo-clad DJs use state-of-the-art audio equipment and have access to over 22,000 musical selections from every genre and culture.  Fully bilingual or multilingual, they can also act as emcees, either in a low-key manner or as livery animators who elicit guest participation.  Karaoke is also available.
